In 2019, she helped draft the Implementing Rules and Regulations for the Expanded Maternity Leave Law and the Social Security Law, working with top representatives from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Social Security System (SSS), and Civil Service Commission (CSC) to do so.
Atty. Tinx also became an official lecturer and resource person for the SSS between 2019 and 2020 and served as a member of their Gender and Development Committee, representing the organization at activities by the Philippine Commission on Women. She also co-authored a book on Social Security Law and Guiding Principles, available on demand from Central Books.
